Fitness

Your fitness level often determines whether you are able to make that decisive sprint or not towards the end of the football match. Football conditioning comes in many different forms. At The Football Journey, we use the following forms to optimally train our athletes' fitness levels: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises, plyometric exercises, interval training and explosive sprint exercises.
